Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged 

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with in 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packages and product so we can assist you.

International Shipping 

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
